Chandler Regional Medical Center has been named one of the Valley’s best large places to work, a selection made annually by Phoenix Business Journal and BestCompaniesAZ, co-founders of the rankings.
Chandler Regional, a member of Catholic Healthcare West, placed fifth among companies comprising more than 250 employees but less than 3,000.
Established in 2003, the list recognizes Valley companies which, through a third-party employee survey, rank their respective companies as being a best place to work.
A portion of the survey explores the various aspects of employee life, including workplace environment, leadership direction, culture and management practices.
Only the top 30 companies from around the Valley who submitted entries were selected to receive the award.
For a sixth consecutive year, Chandler Regional was acknowledged for developing a unique corporate culture and work environment that promotes both personal and professional growth for its employees.
“It’s truly an honor to be recognized,” said Patty White, CRMC president and CEO. “We appreciate the inherent value in all of our employees, and know that we wouldn’t be the organization we are today if it weren’t for their commitment and dedication.”
Winners were announced at a Best Places to Work luncheon Dec. 10 at Arizona Biltmore Resort.
