The forum is a half-day Business Solutions Clinic that offers confidential, complimentary business counseling sessions with industry experts. Promising no sales pitches, “no catches,” the clinic will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 30 at Chamber offices.

The session follows an earlier similar program that won praise from participating members.

“In our ongoing efforts to ensure that participants have the tools and training necessary to succeed and grow, we have secured the services of a panel of experts who will provide individual mentoring sessions for pre-registered participants, said Chamber spokeswoman Sachiyo Ragsdale.

In addition, a SCORE representative will be present to answer general questions.

The clinic will be held at the Tempe Chamber, 909 E. Apache Blvd. It is complimentary and open exclusively to Tempe Chamber members on a first-come, first-served basis. Each member is limited to two 30-minute sessions.

Russ Kazmierczak Jr., a marketing director who attended the first session, summed up how most participants seemed to feel.

“I’m new to Tempe business, and the first clinic was a great primer for understanding effective local marketing and networking opportunities.”

John Romero of The Bicycle Cellar added:

“The workshop facilitators were open-minded, professional and personable. Their help has shaped our annual marketing plan.”
