Fish stocking a ‘first’ for Tempe Town Lake
After an unexpected delay caused by unseasonably high temperatures, Mayor Neil Giuliano and representatives of the Arizona Game and Fish Department plan to release 4,000 to 5,000 rainbow trout into Tempe Town Lake, stocking the lake with game fish for the very first time.
