Kyrene Athlete of the Week
Caylyn Carlson/Pueblo Middle School

Caylyn Carlson is one of Pueblo Middle School's most outstanding student athletes.  Caylyn is successful in whatever sport she attempts, and refuses to lose.

Caylyn has been a softball player since the age of four.  She has played on several traveling softball teams and has been a part of countless championship teams. 

Last year, Caylyn took up volleyball at Pueblo, helping lead the Bulldogs to the seventh grade championship.

Currently, she is in her second season on Pueblo’s volleyball team and is doing great.

This summer Caylyn decided to give basketball a try, and she proved to be equally as talented in that, as well. 

Aside from sports Caylyn is on the principal's honor roll at Pueblo and is an incredible young lady.

Students featured as Kyrene Athletes of the Week are selected by their schools’ coaching staff.
