MP Publishing is pleased to announce the launch of Claudia White’s first published work, Aesop’s Secret—an absorbing children’s adventure exploring the truths hidden behind myths and legends, challenging our understanding of reality.

Author Claudia White—a recognized expert in daydreaming—is to present her brand new children’s book Aesop’s Secret at an event organized in conjunction with Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe, AZ. The ‘Rare Bird Literature Night’, featuring White, will take place in store on Thursday, May 14, 2013 at 7:00pm. The book, aimed at middle school readers, will appeal to kids and adults alike, is to be published on May 14, 2013 by MP Publishing and will be available worldwide from that date.

‘We’re extremely proud of [Aesop’s Secret], it’s already received some fantastic reviews that we’re positive of it becoming an award-winning novel,’ said Mark Pearce, CEO Managing Director of MP Publishing.

Aesop’s Secret by Claudia White, already available in e-book, is a story focusing on two young children, Melinda and Felix Hutton, gifted with the talent of metamorphosis due to their shape-shifting Athenite ancestry, however, with an enemy threatening to upset their livelihoods, the family face the ultimate challenge in holding onto their powers.

White, who wrote Aesop’s Secret whilst living in Oxfordshire, England and Oakville, Ontario, has written professionally for more than twenty years. She employs a captivating narrative with a cleverly changing view point in order to fully develop the characters and highlight the importance of unity and acceptance within a family, even if they belong to the stuff legends are made of.
