Friends of the Chandler Public Library Book Sale

Jan. 6, 2007

Friends of the Chandler Public Library will hold its winter used-book sale Jan. 12-13 at the Sunset branch library at Ray and Rural roads, with a members-only sale Thursday, Jan. 11.

The event also will be held at other Chandler libraries, with a Sunday, Jan. 14, sale at the main library only.

Sale proceeds support Chandler library programming, which includes summer reading for children, teens and adults.

Friends memberships, available at the sale, provide book-sale privileges and a 10 percent discount at Pages, the Friends’ gift shop, at the main library in downtown Chandler.  Pages sells gifts, coffee, homemade fudge and light lunches.
