Interactive walk through Biblical history coming to area Feb. 22
A seminar, Walk Thru the Old Testament, will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Corona Baptist Church.
The program, featuring interactive learning techniques, features the key characters, geography and major themes of the entire Old Testament.
Auditorium floors are turned into maps as participants sit or stand near Bible lands and waters. Hand movements and group recitations punctuate the lessons.
For children grades one through six, a Kids in the Book seminar will accompany the adult program. The kids program will include stories, puzzles and the same learning techniques used by the adults.
Registration fee is $20 for adults, $10 for children, including materials, snacks and preschool care, if needed.
