Practical advice for marrieds, singles
Practical and personal guidance will be the emphasis of a Valentine’s weekend marriage series to be held Feb. 14 through 16 at Arizona Community Church.
The program will be conducted by Washington, D.C.-based Bob and Yvonne Turnbull, who have traveled the world offering advice to married couples and those about to be married.
The couple’s topic at a 7 p.m. luau Feb. 14 will be “I Wish My Mate Had Come with an Instruction Manual.” The program starting at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 15 will include the topic “How to Talk So Your Mate will Listen.”
The Saturday session includes a Hawaiian-theme continental breakfast and morning break, interactive discussion and fast-paced programming from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is $30 per couple for the luau and $25 per couple for the Saturday seminar.
Single-admission tickets are available for$15. Reservations are requested.
