New chief operating officer at Chandler Regional

Chandler Regional Medical Center has announced the appointment of Jane Hanson as its new chief operating officer, with responsibilities also including Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
Both are part of the Dignity Health network.
“We are very pleased to have Jane join our team,” said Tim Bricker, president and CEO of the two facilities. “Her experience and expertise will be a welcome addition to our organizations.”
Hanson will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance at both centers to ensure quality care, patient safety, physician and employee satisfaction and engagement.
Hanson spent 17 previous years in hospital administration, most recently serving as chief nursing officer at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, Ore., and at Cascade Healthcare Community in Bend, Ore. Earlier she was director of patient care services at St. Charles Redmond Medical Center in Bend, Ore. Hanson holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis and Clark State College and a master’s in health sciences administration from the University of Southern California.
