T.W. Lewis, a longtime south Tempe homebuilder, will make a housing dream come true when winners are drawn for this month’s Health and Wealth Raffle sponsored by St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute.
The grand prize winner will choose between a $1 million home provided by the company or a cash prize of equal value.
“T.W. Lewis has been firmly planted in Tempe for over 20 years, with a strong emphasis on giving back to the community through the T.W. Lewis foundation,” said Clay Denk, sales and marketing manager for the company.
“The Health and Wealth Raffle has provided another way for our company to support residents of the Valley.”
The winner will have the option of picking any home, or lot, in Chandler’s Reed’s Ranch neighborhood.
“This year’s grand prize is the best package we have offered,” Denk said. “They can pick any of the four floor plans we have available and they are given a substantial allowance to upgrade the interior, as well as the exterior.”
Denk said Reed’s Ranch is a gated community, where every home is unique in style. The winner will also have décor options, including a fire pit and pool.
This is the ninth year in which T.W. Lewis has partnered with St. Joseph’s Hospital for the raffle.
“Like T.W. Lewis, St. Joseph’s has a fantastic reputation for aligning values of giving back to the community,” Denk said.
The Health and Wealth raffle is one of the largest fundraisers for St. Joseph’s and Barrow. Tickets are $100, with proceeds helping to fund research, medical education and patient care.
The cutoff to enter the raffle is midnight, Sept. 22. The final drawing will take place Thursday, Sept. 29.
