Those cadets could paint you a different picture of who he really was. He left such a negative image in the minds of Cadets that they even sought out other Officers to give them their oaths when they commissioned as Officers. He targeted cadets that he didn’t like and targeted cadets who stood up for their beliefs and he bullied cadets. There were many cadets who dropped the program while he was the PMS instructor for ROTC at ASU.
